Leica LUXとDAZZ（Leica LUX and DAZZ）

Leica LUXとDAZZ。2つとも有名なアプリですね。私もiPhone14に入れています。

どちらも無課金です。なのでLeica LUXはSummilux28mmとカラー3つと白黒2つのフィルターしか使えません。DAZZはもう少し無料フィルターはたくさんありますね。

DAZZ（D CLASSIC）

DAZZは、よりフィルム感がありますね。境界が滲んでいたり、ちょっと色被りがあったり。 D CLASSIC というフィルターを使っていますが、私は FQS R と言うフィルターが好きです。でも夜の室内は低照度表示が出て暗く写ってしまったので D CLASSIC にしてみました。

メインカメラD200は20年前のカメラとあって高感度が弱かったり、ダイナミックレンジが狭かったり、すぐ白飛びしたりと今のカメラと比べると弱点も多いです。なのでiPhoneのカメラアプリも上手に活用して写真ライフを楽しみたいと思っています。

Leica LUX and DAZZ—both are quite famous apps. I have both of them installed on my iPhone 14.

I’m currently using the free versions of both. Because of that, in Leica LUX, I’m limited to the Summilux 28mm lens with three color filters and two black-and-white filters. DAZZ, on the other hand, offers a bit more variety even for free users.

I’ve increased the grain to give it a film-like feel. My impression is that it produces a very clean, straightforward image.

DAZZ (D CLASSIC)

DAZZ feels even more like real film. The edges are slightly blurred, and there’s a bit of a color cast. While I used the D CLASSIC filter for these, my personal favorite is actually FQS R. However, since a low-light warning appeared indoors at night and the shots were coming out too dark, I decided to go with D CLASSIC instead.

My main camera, the Nikon D200, is now 20 years old. Compared to modern cameras, it has its fair share of weaknesses—poor high-ISO performance, a narrow dynamic range, and a tendency to blow out highlights easily. That’s why I want to make the most of iPhone camera apps to keep enjoying my life in photography.
