小山宿七福神めぐり（Exploring the Oyama-shuku Seven Lucky Gods）

今日は強風ってことで、初乗りは先送り🚲乗らない理由を探してるみたい💦

でも家にじっとしているほど、引きこもり性分ではないので、カメラを持って小山の街を散策です📷

たまたまですけど今日は「いいとこ教え隊おやま」というところが主催の「小山宿七福神めぐり」というイベントをやっていたので参加しました。

各お寺や神社で七福神のスタンプラリーです。2020年から開催されているそうですが今年初参加です。撮影散歩するにはうってつけですね😊

実はなんでもない日に回ったことがありますが七福神を見つけられなかったんですね。でも今日はイベントなので恵比寿様とか大黒様、布袋様など全部表に出てお迎えしてくれていました😊

The wind was howling today, so I decided to postpone my first bike ride of the year 🚲. It almost feels like I’m just looking for excuses not to ride! 💦

However, I’m not the type to sit still at home all day, so I grabbed my camera and headed out to explore the streets of Oyama 📷.

By pure chance, a local group called "Iitoko Oshietai Oyama" was hosting an event today called the "Oyama-shuku Seven Lucky Gods Pilgrimage," so I decided to join in.

It’s a stamp rally where you visit various temples and shrines to collect stamps of the Seven Lucky Gods. Apparently, they’ve been doing this since 2020, but this was my first time participating. It turned out to be the perfect route for a photo walk! 😊

Actually, I’ve tried walking this route on a regular day before, but I couldn't find the statues at all. Since today was a special event, though, Ebisu, Daikoku, Hotei, and all the others were out on display to greet us 😊.

I also managed to snap some street photos around Oyama Station while I was at it!
