東綾瀬公園（Higashi Ayase Park）

足立区にあります、東綾瀬公園。住宅街にある公園ですが、広大な敷地を誇ります。U字型になってます。公園の全長は約2kmです。

今日は28℃にも気温が上がると言っていたのに、そんな中お写ん歩に行ってきました💦

なかなかに良い運動…いやいやハードでした（笑）

GWらしく鯉のぼりが「強風」に煽られてました😅

初めて行きましたけど、所々に花が植わってて手入れされていて楽しかったです。

近くには「しょうぶ沼公園」もあり、見頃はこれからですが花菖蒲が準備を整えている最中でした。

5月下旬から6月に掛けて、堀切菖蒲園では菖蒲まつりをやりますし、被写体には事欠かない季節の到来です😏

Higashi Ayase Park is located in Adachi Ward. Although it’s nestled within a residential area, it boasts a massive site shaped like a large "U." The park stretches about 2km in total length.

Despite the forecast saying temperatures would hit 28°C today, I headed out for a little "photo-walk" 💦

It was more than just a bit of good exercise... honestly, it was pretty intense! (laughs)

Since it’s Golden Week, the carp streamers (koinobori) were being whipped around by some very strong winds 😅

It was my first time visiting, and I really enjoyed seeing the flowers planted and beautifully maintained throughout the park.

Nearby is Shobu-numa Park, where the iris garden is currently getting ready for its peak season.

With the Iris Festival coming up at Horikiri Shobu-en from late May through June, we’re definitely entering a season where there’s no shortage of subjects to photograph!😏
