もう一つの楽しみ（Another Thing to Look Forward To）

先日来、伝説のNikon F、名機中の名機F3Pの話をしてきました。

いずれも1ロールずつ撮影が終わりました。どのような仕上がりになっているのか楽しみです❗️

さて往年のフラッグシップ機を2台も手にして、まだ興奮冷めやらないんですが、もう一つ楽しみなことがあります。

それはF3Pについている「Ai NIKKOR 50mmf1.4S」です。世間ではデジタルにオールドレンズをセットして撮影している人たちも大勢いますよね。私もそれがやりたい❗️🤣

非AiレンズはD200には取り付けられないのですがAiレンズは取り付け可能なだけではなく、Aモードも使えるのです。やっぱり絞り優先モード使えた方が楽だし😆

Fでフルマニュアルは体験しました。めっちゃ面白かったです。今後も適度に取り入れつつ、D200ではいつものスタイルで。

FやF3Pと違ってD200のファインダー、小さい（狭い？）上にピントの山が掴みづらいんですよね。そう考えるとFやF3Pのファインダー、すごいわ。

なので楽できるところはカメラに任せます😛

今週末、投票のために東京に帰りますが、記念すべき初めてのD200+Ai NIKKORは東京で🗼

これもまためっちゃ楽しみ😊

Over the last few days, I’ve been talking all about the legendary Nikon F and the "masterpiece among masterpieces," the F3P.

I’ve finished shooting one roll of film with each. I can’t wait to see how the photos turned out!

Now, even though I’m still buzzing from getting my hands on two iconic flagship cameras, there’s actually one more thing I’m excited about.

It’s the Ai NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4S that came with the F3P. These days, plenty of people enjoy using old-school lenses on digital bodies, right? Well, I want in on that action too! 🤣

While "non-Ai" lenses can’t be mounted on the D200, Ai lenses are not only compatible but also allow the use of Aperture Priority (A mode). Let’s face it, being able to use Aperture Priority just makes life so much easier. 😆

I’ve already experienced full manual shooting with the Nikon F, and it was incredibly fun. I’ll keep doing that from time to time, but with the D200, I’ll stick to my usual style.

Compared to the F or F3P, the viewfinder on the D200 feels a bit small (or maybe cramped?) and it's tougher to nail the focus. Thinking about it now, the viewfinders on the F and F3P are truly impressive.

So, I’m going to let the camera handle the heavy lifting where it can. 😛

I’m heading back to Tokyo this weekend to vote, and I’ve decided that Tokyo will be the place for the D200 + Ai NIKKOR’s big debut. 🗼

I am seriously looking forward to this! 😊
