15、6年目の悪戦苦闘(The Struggles of Year 15 (or 16))

息子の高校受験がひとまず終わり（発表はまだ）、我が家の雰囲気も良くなりました😁

そしてこの2月でドコモ契約のiPhoneが2年を迎え、機種代金が毎月1円から5千円近くになるので、MNPをする事に。

そこで先日の三連休最終日にヤマダに行ってきました。

そして今回は大きな決断を。私だけですが15、6年続けたiPhoneを卒業しAndroidに。

ただ単にLEICA監修のレンズを搭載したスマホを使いたかっただけなんですけどね💦

AQUOS R10です。

まだその実力は分かりません。過剰な期待をしている自覚はありますが、楽しみでもあります☺️

その前にAndroidを使いこなさなければ。ただのカメラではないですからね。スマホなんで。

2日経ってようやくiPhoneからの諸々のデータ移行が完了しました。今までiPhoneでパスワード管理アプリを使っていたのですが無料バージョンだったので外に持ち出せず、全部手書きで書き出しました💦

なんてアナログな…

これでスマホ自体のセッティングはほぼ完了したので、いよいよカメラを使い倒したいと思います👍️

My son’s high school entrance exams are finally over for now (we’re still waiting on the results), and the atmosphere at home has brightened up considerably! 😁

This February also marks the two-year point for my Docomo iPhone contract. Since my monthly device payment was about to jump from 1 yen to nearly 5,000 yen, I decided it was time to switch providers (MNP).

So, on the final day of the recent long weekend, I headed over to Yamada Denki.

I ended up making a massive decision: after 15 or 16 years of being an iPhone user, I’ve officially graduated to Android.

Truth be told, I just really wanted to use a smartphone equipped with a Leica-certified lens... 💦

It's the AQUOS R10.

I’m not sure what it’s truly capable of yet. I know I’m probably overhyping it in my head, but I’m really looking forward to it. ☺️

But first, I have to master Android. It’s a smartphone, after all, not just a camera.

Two days have passed, and I’ve finally finished migrating all my data from the iPhone. I had been using a password manager, but since I was on the free version, I couldn't export my data. I had to write every single password down by hand... 💦

Talk about analog!

Now that the initial setup is pretty much complete, I’m ready to really put this camera to the test. 👍
