On Sunday, after my cycling ride, I went for a photo-walk around Maebashi Station. Logged 7 km❗️
Central Street Shopping District near Maebashi Station—while quite a few shops do have their shutters down, my impression has always been that they are very proactive with events and initiatives to attract people. Still, this was my first time visiting around noon, and it was surprisingly lively❗️
Keep it up, Maebashi❗️
After that, I looped back home passing by Rinko-kaku, Rakuhodo Maebashi Park, and the Prefectural Government Building. True to Gunma having the highest car ownership rate in Japan, the roads were overflowing with cars. It was a completely different kind of congestion compared to Tokyo.
