プリセットの旅（A Journey Through Presets）

今日は仕事が始まってからの初めての休日。自転車の初乗りを計画しておりましたが…

年末年始は帰京して家族と過ごしたものですから布団カバーを洗ったり布団を干したり色々していましたら思ったよりも時間がかかってしまい…

そもそもベランダに陽が届くのが8時過ぎであったりもして。氷点下の朝は手すり拭くと、そばから凍っちゃうんですね〜❄️

結局干せるようになって洗濯も完了してってやってると9時過ぎちゃいました。

まぁその時間から乗ってもよかったんですが、なんか気分が落ちました〜

って事で撮影散歩に切り替えました。12700歩❗️休みの日はこれくらい歩かなきゃね🚶

で、本日のお写真は安房神社（栃木県小山市）

安房神社は小山市粟宮というところにあるんですが「安房」と「粟」。ん❓

調べてみたら昔は「安房」神社ではなく「阿波」神社と表記されていて、地元の村の人たちはこの神社のことを「あわのみや（粟宮）」と呼んでいたそうです。その呼称が地名となった、というのが由来だそうです。

こういう話、好き❤️

もう一枚は須賀神社（小山市）。私のブログにもしょっちゅう登場しますね。もうお腹いっぱい。

Today was my first day off since I started back at work. I had originally planned to take my bike out for its first ride of the year, but...

Since I spent the New Year’s holidays back home with my family, I had a lot to catch up on—washing duvet covers, airing out the futons, and so on. It all took much longer than I expected.

For starters, the sun doesn't even reach my balcony until after 8:00 AM. On these sub-zero mornings, the moment I wipe down the balcony railing, it freezes right over! ❄️

By the time I could finally hang the laundry and finish everything up, it was already past 9:00 AM. I could have still gone for a ride then, but I’d kind of lost the motivation.

So, I decided to switch gears and go for a "photo walk" instead. I clocked in 12,700 steps! You’ve gotta move this much on a day off, right? 🚶

Today’s Photos: Awa Jinja Shrine (Oyama City, Tochigi)

These were developed from RAW using only Auto + my custom presets.

Awa Jinja (安房神社) is located in a place called Awanomiya (粟宮). Wait—"Awa" (安房) and "Awa" (粟)? I noticed the difference and got curious.

After looking into it, I found out that the shrine was originally written as "Awa" (阿波) Shrine. The local villagers used to call it "Awa-no-miya" (the shrine of Awa), and that name eventually became the name of the town itself.

I love these kinds of local history stories. ❤️
