今日は久しぶりの写イクリングです❗️
梅雨時は難しいですね、今年は特によく降っている印象です。
群馬に来てから北へ向かえば常に登り。おかげで体も登り基調に慣れてきたのに、6月は月初に1回乗ったきりで、またもとに戻っちゃいました💦
で、今日のリハビリ写イクリングに選んだ目的地は赤城公民館横のひまわり畑。
え！？ひまわり畑？早すぎちゃうん？
と思ったあなた、その通りです！
でもここのひまわり畑は土壌改良のために早めに種をまいて梅雨時に満開になるそうです。
最後のチャンスかなと思って行ってきましたが…
終わってました😭
最後は失意の群馬県ソウルフードで締めました😂

Today was my first "Photo-Cycling" trip in a while! 📷🚴♂️
Riding during the rainy season is always tricky, and it feels like we’ve had especially heavy rain this year.
Ever since I moved to Gunma, heading north always means climbing hills. My body had finally gotten used to the uphill rides, but since I only managed to ride once at the beginning of June, I’m back to square one. 💦
So, for today's recovery ride, I chose the sunflower field next to the Akagi Community Center as my destination.
"Wait, a sunflower field?! Isn't it way too early for that?”
If you're thinking that, you are absolutely right!
However, I heard that they plant the seeds early here for soil improvement, so the flowers actually reach full bloom during the rainy season.
Thinking it might be my last chance to see them, I made the trip, but…
They were already gone! 😭
In the end, I comforted my disappointed self with Gunma's ultimate soul food. 😂
